This Scheme is to reward sales leads provided to us which subsequently result in Lombard ISL Ltd securing a business opportunity/order or an actual candidate placement (contract or permanent).

For example, you might be aware of a company hiring manager seeking new staff, projects or work programmes due to start requiring contract manpower, an interview you may have attended which was unsuccessful and the post remains vacant etc.

Under the Scheme you will be eligible for a one-off fee payment (£250) per sales lead depending on the outcome as follows:

• Lombard ISL Ltd is not already involved with the business opportunity the sales lead applies to.
• You must register the lead using the Sales Lead Form and Lombard ISL Ltd will confirm acceptance in writing.
• In the unlikely event that the sales lead is provided by more than one person, only the first notification received will qualify for the fee.
  We successfully convert the sales lead within a 3 month period of the date of your notification.
• No restriction on the number of sales leads provided by an individual.
  If you are PAYE staff or do not currently work for Lombard ISL Ltd, fee payments will be treated as remuneration and subject to normal PAYE deductions.
• If you operate a Limited Company, fee payments will be made to your Limited Company, for which a company invoice is required.
• In the event of a disputed fee, Lombard ISL Ltd decision shall be final.
• We retain the right to change the conditions or cancel the scheme without written notice.
