If introduced to, and successfully placed by us in either contract or permanent employment with a client, the Lombard ISL Ltd candidate introduction scheme allows a payment to be made for new candidates.

Under the scheme, you will be eligible for a one-off fee payment (£150), per candidate placed subject to the following conditions:

• The candidate is not already registered with us (or we have not had contact with the candidate for 2 years).
• You must register the candidate using the Candidate Introduction Form and Lombard ISL Ltd will confirm in writing acceptance of the Candidate onto the Scheme.
• Where the same candidate is introduced by more than one person, only the first application received will qualify for a fee.
• We successfully place the candidate with a client within six months of the date of your introduction.
• For contract employment, the candidate must continue in the employment for a minimum period of two calendar months, after which the fee will be paid.
• No restrictions on the number of candidates introduced by the individual.
• If you are PAYE staff or do not currently work for Lombard ISL Ltd, fee payments will be treated as remuneration and subject to normal PAYE deductions.
• If you operate a Limited Company, fee payments will be made to your Limited Company, for which a company invoice is required.
• In the event of a disputed fee, Lombard ISL Ltd decision shall be final.
• We retain the right to change the conditions or cancel the scheme without written notice.
